The work of FT across the areas of Health, Sports, Education and
Community would be impossible were it not for the support of the
administrative team. The reception personnel are the first point of
contact for health centre patients, scheduling appointments and
maintaining patient files. Dispensary staff oversee the distribution
of free medications to patients with limited resources. Secretarial
duties for the whole charity rest on the shoulders of Mrs Ana
Urquiza.
FT’s location being on the outskirts of Trinidad, we depend heavily
upon the role played by courier, Mr Maicol Rivero, in going about
our day-to-day business. General Services, led by Mrs Maribel
Parada, play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of
cleanliness required of a health establishment. Mrs Georgina
Galarza Lozano oversees Human Resources, while Miss Mariana
Garrón Prado is director of finance. The area of Administration
maintains efficiency, cost-effectiveness and transparency of all
of FT's activites.
