Volunteer: Mark Morris
Area of Work:  Sports - Football School
Time in Trinidad:  October 04-November 05

"In the football school during May through the summer
months we began a weekly worksheet program for the
kids, it is based upon five colours,
Blue Green, Red, Black and White and each colour
represents an aspect of God. We managed to acquire
footballs with each of the 5 colours on the ball.

For kids its a really effective way towards explaining the
Bible message,
although we know it is only through the Holy Spirit can
we be effective....

Area of Work:  Health - Nursing
Time in Trinidad:  Summer 06

"My time in Bolivia was the most amazing experience of
my life.  

I was involved in the different activities that the health
centre carried out.  There is a vaccination program
which involved going out into the community into
peoples’ houses on a Thursday morning and doing
vaccines on children and adults.  On a Thursday
afternoon, the whole health centre went into local
schools and carried out health checks on the children.
The children are brilliant.....

"My time in Bolivia was more than just a "good
experience".

It was amazing to see the work of God in the lives of
people who, are totally different, and from situations so
far removed from what we are used to in Scotland that it
is hard to imagine....
