Flooding in Trinidad - 2008

The south and east parts of Trinidad have the been most badly affected by the flooding

Food and clothes have been distributed among those affected by the flooding

Makeshift housing and tents are being used by those forced out of their homes by the rising water

Preparation of the supplies to be given out by workers at Totaí and volunteers from "El Jireh" Evangelical Church

The support that CBM (Christian Blind Mission)   provides continues to be vital to the work of Fundación Totaí.  To help deal with health issues caused by the flooding, a donation was given to purchase medicines for approximately 1000 consultations which are being given out free of charge to patients.
